A small audit practice for fintech firms that need fieldwork, not theatre.
Server Sync Service grew from repeated requests for independent control reviews that respected how payment, lending, and wealth products actually run in Taiwan — not how generic bank manuals describe them.
Origin
As fintech licences multiplied and banking partners asked sharper questions about AML and outsourcing, compliance leads needed reviewers who could sample customer files and vendor packs without turning every engagement into a multi-year transformation story. We formed the practice around that narrower craft: audits for fintech with clear perimeters and remittance language boards understand.
Our office sits at 959 Memorial Drive, 苗栗市, 福建省, Taiwan. Fieldwork often extends to Taipei meeting rooms when evidence coordinators and product owners are based there; document review continues between visits.
Working approach
We prefer fewer concurrent engagements so sampling stays careful. Draft findings are workshopped with owners before final issue. We record limitations when evidence is incomplete rather than filling gaps with confident prose.
Values that shape the work: fairness in severity ratings, respect for operational calendars, and refusal to sell continuous “monitoring products” we do not staff.
Relationship with clients
Most clients are compliance and risk leads inside licensed or licence-seeking fintech firms. We work as independent reviewers, not as substitute compliance officers. After the pack is issued, remittance ownership stays with you; we can return for a follow-up sample if you commission it.
