Data we collect
We may collect your name, email address, phone number, organisation, engagement preferences, message content, and technical logs such as IP address and browser type when you submit forms or browse the site. During audits for fintech we may process employee contact details and, under contract, customer file extracts necessary for sampling — handled under the letter of engagement and applicable confidentiality terms.
Purposes
Data is used to respond to enquiries, prepare estimates, perform contracted fieldwork, improve website clarity, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Enquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for an active engagement or dispute. Engagement working papers follow retention periods stated in the letter of engagement, typically aligned with professional and regulatory expectations. Server logs are rotated on a shorter cycle.
Your rights

International transfers
If tools or reviewers processing data are located outside Taiwan, we apply contractual and organisational safeguards appropriate to the transfer. Engagement letters note material processing locations when relevant to client evidence.
