What moves an estimate
- Number of licensed entities and product corridors in scope
- Sample size required for AML or onboarding journeys
- On-site days in Miaoli or Taipei versus remote-heavy review
- Whether board briefing materials are requested beyond the findings pack
- Evidence room readiness — thin rooms extend fieldwork
How billing works
Estimates are written after a short scoping call. A deposit reserves fieldwork dates; the balance is due on delivery of the final pack. Travel within Taiwan for agreed on-site days is itemised separately when distance requires overnight stays.
